Phase One of Creekside Medical Center is Open

Dr. Sampson has moved his office. We are now located at 987 Parallel Drive in Lakeport, California, right behind Mendocino College and beside the DMV. This new location will eventually host several other medical specialists and The Optical Shop at Creekside Medical Center. This larger, first-class facility will be better able to meet the needs of our patients and local residents. We look forward to serving you at Creekside Medical Center.
